WILLARD, Jemma

Review: This young female vocalist, both writes and performs her own songs, including Doubts : Fairytale : Laid to rest : Slow Down : Underground. She is often accompanied by Nick Bates on guitar, and is currently searching for a drummer, bass guitarist and keyboard player to form a band. Her debut album "Absence of an Ending" was released in June 2008, and has just started to break into the London gig scene.

Review: This Solo artist uses a looper to add to his live performance with a guitar. He has just finallised the lineup for a new band Midgar with FISHER, Rob - SEUME, Tristan - McALPINE, Erlin - WISEMAN, Oliver.

WINTER-ROBERTS, Miles

Review: This solo guitarist play mostly his own songs and some covers on acoustic guitar. He grew up in Ibiza and works a few humerous anekdotes about that experience and life in general into his performance. He plays covers of tracks by The Beatles : JJ Cale. If only I could get that image of Keith Floyd out of my head and concentrate on the great music.

WORRALL, Tom "Baby bear"

Review: This young man plays boogie woogie on the electric piano. Playing covers of 60s to present day rock and pop including tracks by The Beatles, Chuck BERRY, Bon Jovi, The Feeling, Huey Lewis and the News, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Wilson PICKETT, Police, Muddy WATERS/Blues Brothers and even one from the current man of the hour James MORRISON. He uses a snazzy 7 Octive keyboard, but only seems to use 2, thats not saying he's less of a musician for this, maybe that's all they were written with. The keyboard is often overlooked by many bands, but played well gives a totally different sound to familiar songs.
